.Our services options consist of 2 primary packages: “Main” and “Hourly” packages. With both we provide the 20x24’ deck overlooking the Nehalem River with 100 foldable chairs with White chair covers arranged around the deck, a 30X60’ White Frame tent (Open concept, no poles inside) with 100 high quality, cushioned chairs with either White/ Black/ Navy Blue chair covers, 72” round tables that can seat up to 10 guests per table, a choice of White/Black/Navy Blue fitted table clothes for each round table, and four 6’ long rectangle tables, 2 chandeliers, 2 different Arbor styles to choose from, up to five picnic tables, six unisex bathrooms, water, electric, power, and plenty of free parking. Both the tent and the deck have lighting. Deck is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.

 

.Mi Casa Northwest is a gated property. Both “Main” and “Hourly” packages includes access to the 35-acre estate with over 1200’ of Nehalem River frontage, trails, creeks, falls, and mountain/river views. The “Main” package includes property access from 8:00am - 7:00pm on the first day for any set-up/walk-through/detail prep, etc.., 8:00am – 12:00am (day of your event), 8:00am – 12:00pm the day after your event. The “Main” package is $6000, and we book 10 of these packages per year on a first-come, first served basis, the “Hourly” package is $500 [per hour].

 

.The “Hourly” package requires a 4 hour minimum rental.

.Veterans receive 10% off “Main” and “Hourly” packages.

.Wedding photos among 35 acres before, during and after the event.

.We offer a vendor that can provide different color table napkins, and center pieces.

.Food trucks are welcome, and we have water/110 & 220 power/parking to accommodate.

.Our venue can accommodate up to 150 guests. The “Main” and “Hourly” Packages rate includes accommodation for up to 100 guests. There is a $10.00 per guest charge for each guest over 100.

.We do not offer wedding planner services.

.Both “Main” and “Hourly” packages require a 30% nonrefundable deposit to reserve the event date on the Mi Casa Northwest calendar and payment in full 30 days prior to the event.

.There are three additional “Add on” services that can be added to either the “Main” or “Hourly” package(s); Room with a view ($500), overnight camping ($500) and a riverside bon fire ($500). 1) Room with a view is a 2000 square foot apartment with floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking the event venue & river with a full kitchen, full 4- piece bathroom, 75” TV with over 200 channels, walkout outdoor area overlooking event venue, and complimentary refreshments and snacks. Reservation of the Room with a view includes use of the space from 10:00am – 10:00pm on the day of your event. 2) overnight camping is up to 25 guests remain” overnight. There’s a $10.00 per person charge for each guest above 25 remaining overnight. Campsites are all adjacent to each other along the Nehalem River and each site comes with a picnic table, fire ring, and trash can. Camping inside the 30x60’ tent is not allowed. 3) Riverside bon fire is a bon fire on the Nehalem River just 100’ from the deck with chairs, picnic tables, & unlimited wood for your fire.

.Proof of Event insurance to state Mi Casa Northwest, LLC is not liable for any injury that a wedding guest may incur on the property.

.Smoking is allowed, however there is no smoking inside the tent or on the deck.

.Alcohol can be served if all Clatsop County and Oregon state guidelines are followed. Mi Casa Northwest provides a limited ability to store perishable items and can store some refrigerated or frozen items.
